Approach

When the company set up an organisation-wide PMO it also adapted its project management portfolio to future requirements, which involved introducing agile and hybrid methods. The need to introduce shorter development cycles and respond to changes faster, led to the decision to implement a pilot test to introduce agile methods within the company.

Role

Assure took on the role of agile coach and supported the client during the transformation of the development unit into a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Result(s)

  • Introduction of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) in the development unit
  • Support for the agile transformation to SAFe with 2 release trains and 16 teams
