Assure Consulting has established a good standing with this client due to successful management of its projects for some years with very positive results. Since Assure Consulting is known for its ability to design and implement highly effective, client-specific training concepts, it was asked to develop this training programme.

Role(s)

Assure Consulting implemented comprehensive SCRUM training to provide the project team members with more in-depth knowledge about this agile project management method.

Result(s)

The client-specific training programme developed by Assure Consulting included a theoretical part in which the basic principles of the SCRUM framework were communicated to the project team, and a practical part in which SCRUM methods were applied in business-relevant processes and projects. This prepared the team to respond appropriately to future challenges in an agile environment.
