Approach

Our client came to us with a request for support in the structuring of its projects. There was a lack of clarity with regard to project prioritisation, partly due to the fact that there were no clearly defined, organisation-wide reporting structures for project management. The customer also lacked an effective management model for the entire business unit.

Result(s)

A procedure for the development of strategic and operational objectives was developed, on the basis of which the first projects were initiated using the newly established project setup methods. These, in turn, were taken as the basis for project reporting and the management model for the entire business unit.
